Price: £65000

After considerable deliberation, I have decided to sell my brand new and completely unused Radical SR3 RSX.
The RSX is the very latest version of Radical's most commercially important and successful model. Mine was delivered to me freshly built at the end of May this year, but I made the decision to postpone the usual 'at-track' handover and shakedown until such time as I had decided whether or not I would be keeping it; therefore, the car has not turned a wheel since being fully run in to be race/trackday-ready on the rolling road at the factory at completion.
This particular RSX has 'The Full Monty' specification. Whilst the latest RSX version of the SR3 has an excellent specification as standard - not least its latest 'Red Airbox' Generation 3 1500cc dry sump engine complete with the now near obligatory pneumatic paddle-activated gearshift system and 24V starting/charging system - this particular car has the following plethora of extra cost options, upgrades and additions above and beyond that already excellent standard specification:
Carbon fibre front dive planes and bi-plane rear wing with LMP style endplates.
Full Race Lighting set including LED driving lights.
Triple-adjustable Intrax mono-tube shock absorbers.
Triple onboard air jacks complete with lance and safety clamps.
Full Logging & Data Acquisition: Comprising Configurable Race Logger/Dash (LCD, 8Mb, G-Sensor etc) complete with brake pressure and suspension logging sensors.
AIM SmartyCam HD GP camera system.
Geartronics supplemental gear position indicator.
77litre ATL Fuel Cell complete with dry break refueling system including dump can.
Forward stay head protectors, HANS seat belts and padded seat inserts to both seats.
Heavy duty drive shafts.
Alternative gear ratio sets either side of the 3.07 standard.
Additional full set of Radical centre-lock wheels complete with additional set of dry slicks.
Thermo water cooling fan, beacon transmitter, footwell splash cover plus all leads & DVDs etc.
Radical Starter Spares Kit containing a comprehensive selection of maintenance parts, consumables and spares all in a wheeled toolbox.

The full list price of this car would be circa £104K including VAT or circa £87K excluding VAT. VAT is not applicable to my RSX, so from the point of view of those who cannot reclaim VAT, my asking price represents a potential saving of virtually £40K against list price inclusive of (more than £17K!) of VAT. Even for those that would normally be able to reclaim any VAT, it still represents a potential saving of circa £22K against nett list price and as the VAT has been paid and therefore need not/cannot be reclaimed, there will not be the considerable added complication of VAT having to be accounted for i.e. at least in part repaid, if, as and when the vehicle is eventually resold at a later date..
To put in context the huge saving that is on offer here, the asking price of £65K is actually slightly less than the nett price of the BASIC car, whereas this one has that plethora of options, upgrades and additions that total an extra cost in the order of £20K at list price excluding VAT!
So for someone (and there are many!) who cannot reclaim VAT, a potential saving of virtually £40K against list price for a brand new, unused and very high latest spec car that has not yet turned a wheel on track; a discount of just over 37.5% compared to the VAT inclusive list price.
The car is located in Mid-Suffolk, on the Norfolk/Suffolk Border about six miles east of Diss. Viewing by prior arrangement and a pleasure. All enquiries will be treated in the strictest confidence.
